Prishtina, June 16, 2026 – The second and concluding day of the International Leadership Conference brought participants together for a deeply personal and inspiring exploration of leadership through resilience, healing, and transformation.

Under the theme “Tell Your Story – From Pain to Purpose, From Fear to Courage, From Survival to Service,” the day focused on authentic leadership journeys and the experiences that shape character, purpose, and service to others.

The conference opened with reflections from Wes Anderson, setting the tone for a day dedicated to personal growth, reconciliation, and hope.

In the session on Personal Journeys of Leadership, participants heard powerful stories from Tone A. Ringøen Baller and Aneta Jurska-Gawrysiak, who shared lessons on overcoming adversity, leading through crisis, and maintaining perseverance.

The discussion continued with “From Wounds to Wisdom – Sustainable Growth,” featuring Mimoza Godanci (BPB) and Lorik Fejzullahu (Birra Peja), who reflected on leadership shaped by hardship and the ability to find meaning and growth through life’s challenges.

The session on Reconciliation and Personal Growth brought thoughtful perspectives from Mufano Heritier, Donovan Ortega, and Noah Yoder, highlighting the transformative power of healing, forgiveness, and reconciliation in both personal and professional life.

Organized for the fourth consecutive year through the partnership of the Kosovo Leadership Foundation, American Chamber of Commerce in Kosovo, James Madison University, KIVO LLC, TrePharm, Albi Mall, Kutia Inc., and the German School of Kosova, the conference demonstrated that leadership is not merely about positions or titles, it is about purpose, integrity, service, and the ability to inspire others through one’s own story.
