AmCham Executive Director Meets Minister of Digitalization and Public Administration

Prishtina, March 9, 2026 – The Executive Director of the American Chamber of Commerce in Kosovo (AmCham Kosovo), Arian Zeka, met with the Minister of Digitalization and Public Administration, Lulëzon Jagxhiu, to discuss opportunities for cooperation between the public and private sectors in areas including cybersecurity, digitalization, and digital diplomacy.

The discussion focused on advancing dialogue with the private sector and exploring mechanisms through which businesses can contribute to strengthening Kosovo’s cyber resilience and digital sovereignty, while supporting the continued development of the country’s digital economy.

Minister Jagxhiu shared his plans to further expand the digitalization of public services and increase investments in this field, emphasizing that cooperation with the private sector and international partners is essential for advancing Kosovo’s digital transformation and strengthening institutional resilience.

During the meeting, AmCham Executive Director Arian Zeka highlighted the potential role of AmCham committees and member companies in contributing expertise and collaboration to initiatives aimed at strengthening cybersecurity and accelerating digital transformation in Kosovo.

Both parties agreed on the importance of continued dialogue and cooperation between institutions and the private sector to support the development of a more efficient, transparent, and citizen-oriented public administration.
