Prishtina, March 4, 2026 – The American Chamber of Commerce in Kosovo (AmCham Kosovo) has launched a new initiative, the Future Leaders Club, aimed at creating a platform for the engagement and development of young professionals from its member companies.
The initiative will bring together emerging leaders aged 20–35 who demonstrate leadership potential and hold positions of responsibility within their organizations. The Club will serve as a space for cross-sector networking, professional development, and engagement in discussions related to business, innovation, ESG, and economic development.
Through the Future Leaders Club, AmCham Kosovo seeks to strengthen the role of young professionals in private sector initiatives, policy discussions, and projects with social and economic impact, while also promoting the human capital and success stories of its member companies.
Participation will be organized through a nomination process, with each member company eligible to nominate one representative. The program will operate on a one-year mandate and will include periodic meetings, panel discussions, and engagement in Chamber initiatives.
By launching the Future Leaders Club, AmCham Kosovo aims to further strengthen member engagement and contribute to the development of the next generation of business leaders in Kosovo.
