Prishtina, June 25, 2026 – The American Chamber of Commerce in Kosovo hosted a Coffee Meet & Greet session of its Future Leaders Club, bringing together young professionals from diverse sectors for an interactive discussion on leadership development, professional growth, and networking.
Moderated by Arlena Krivenjeva, Strategic Relations Advisor at AmCham Kosovo, the session was informed by insights gathered through a survey completed by participants in advance. The survey helped identify members’ professional backgrounds, areas of interest, and expectations for the Future Leaders Club, providing a foundation for a discussion centered on the priorities of its members.
The session offered participants an opportunity to introduce themselves, share their professional experiences, and exchange perspectives on the qualities and competencies that define effective leadership. The discussion underscored the importance of mentorship, peer-to-peer learning, and creating opportunities for meaningful professional engagement as key elements in leadership development.
Participants also shared their preferences for future Club activities, expressing strong interest in interactive workshops, corporate site visits, and direct engagement with business leaders. These formats were identified as valuable opportunities to gain practical insights, expand professional networks, and learn from the experiences of leaders across different industries.
The conversation further explored the professional challenges young professionals encounter in today’s evolving workplace, as well as the broader issues they consider important for Kosovo’s future, including education, economic development, foreign investment, healthcare, and active civic engagement.
