Taulant Stublla is a technology and business leader focused on cybersecurity, digital transformation, and enterprise solutions across Kosovo and Albania. He currently serves as an Account Executive at Cisco, where he works with organizations on strategic technology initiatives and secure digital infrastructure. He is also recognized as a Chevening Cybersecurity Fellow, having completed the Chevening Cyber Security Fellowship hosted at the Defence Academy of the United Kingdom with academic engagement from Cranfield University. In addition to his corporate role, Taulant has contributed to the business community through leadership positions with the American Chamber of Commerce in Kosovo, including serving as Chair of the Digital and AI Committee and as a member of the Board of Governors. His work sits at the intersection of business, cybersecurity, and innovation, with a strong focus on advancing digital resilience and AI-driven transformation in the region.

Trim Tërnava is an energy-sector executive with extensive experience in power systems, renewable energy, and market transformation in Kosovo. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of KOSTT, Kosovo’s Transmission, System and Market Operator, after nearly 15 years of experience across the energy sector. Prior to this role, he served as CEO and Co-Owner of SunVolta Energy, where he helped drive the company’s growth as a regional player in solar energy while expanding its focus toward battery storage and broader clean-energy solutions. Trim is also recognized for his contributions to public dialogue on Kosovo’s energy transition, sustainability, and prosumer development, including through engagements with the American Chamber of Commerce in Kosovo. He holds a Master of Energy Economics from Rice University as a Fulbright scholar, reflecting his strong focus on the intersection of energy policy, markets, and long-term economic resilience.

Valentina Gara is a communications and sustainability leader with more than 20 years of experience in the airports and aviation sector. She serves as Public Relations Manager at Limak Kosovo International Airport and is also the Global Engineer Girls Coordinator, leading social impact initiatives focused on empowering young women in STEM and advancing inclusive talent development. Her work increasingly centers on ESG, corporate responsibility, and sustainable business practices, supported by several years of direct sustainability management experience. Valentina has also represented these themes internationally, including as a speaker at Construmat 2025 in Barcelona, where she presented on engineering equity and the role of corporate social impact in building a more inclusive industry. In addition, she serves as Chairwoman of the ESG Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce in Kosovo, where she contributes to advancing responsible business leadership and long-term sustainability across the private sector.

Korab R. Sejdiu is a business lawyer and legal sector leader, serving as Founder and Managing Partner of Sejdiu & Qerkini, LLC, one of Kosovo’s established corporate law firms. Licensed to practice law in Kosovo and in multiple U.S. jurisdictions, he brings broad expertise in corporate, commercial, and dispute-resolution matters, with a strong focus on helping businesses navigate legal complexity and investment-related challenges. His academic background combines business and law, including studies in International Business and Economics at The College of New Jersey and a Juris Doctor degree from Widener University. Before returning to Kosovo, he gained U.S. legal experience through a clerkship with the New Jersey Supreme Court and private practice in Philadelphia. In addition to his legal practice, Korab is active in arbitration and institutional dialogue on business reform, and currently serves as Chair of the Financial Services and Investment Climate Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce in Kosovo.

Dhurata Robaj is a human resources and people development leader serving as Head of Human Resources & Training at BPB. With strong experience in talent development, workforce training, and organizational capability building, she has played an active role in advancing human capital discussions in Kosovo’s business community, including through AmCham’s Human Capital Week. She currently serves as Chairwoman of the Human Capital Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce in Kosovo, where she contributes to dialogue on workforce development, talent retention, and modern people management practices.

Vullnet Kusari is a healthcare entrepreneur and private sector leader, serving as Owner of Klinika Amerikane “Dr. Behar Kusari,” one of Kosovo’s recognized private healthcare providers. Based in Prishtina, he has played a key role in supporting the clinic’s growth and positioning in the market, contributing to the delivery of modern patient-focused healthcare services across a broad range of specialties. In addition to his leadership in the healthcare sector, he has been actively engaged in industry dialogue through the American Chamber of Commerce in Kosovo, where he serves as Chairperson of the Life Sciences and Healthcare Committee, contributing to discussions on private healthcare development, regulatory challenges, and the strengthening of health services in Kosovo.

Leke Sahatçiu is a private sector and manufacturing leader associated with Birra Peja, one of Kosovo’s most established and recognized beverage producers. Through his connection to one of the country’s flagship manufacturing brands, he brings valuable perspective on industrial operations, production-driven business growth, and the role of local manufacturing in strengthening Kosovo’s private sector. In addition to his engagement in the manufacturing industry, he serves as Chairman of the Manufacturing Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce in Kosovo, contributing to dialogue on industrial development, competitiveness, and the advancement of domestic production.

Kaltrina Kadriu Xhemaj is a finance and business leader with experience in corporate finance, taxation, and regional business operations, currently associated with British American Tobacco. Her professional background combines financial management expertise with strong exposure to regulatory and tax-related matters, including contributions to broader business dialogue in Kosovo on financial literacy, startup finance, and the practical implementation of tax policy. Through her work with the American Chamber of Commerce in Kosovo, she has played an active role in advancing discussions on taxation, business compliance, and the improvement of the investment climate. She currently serves as Chairwoman of the Tax Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce in Kosovo, where she contributes to policy-oriented dialogue aimed at fostering a more predictable, transparent, and business-friendly fiscal environment.

Fikret Havolli is a trade and distribution sector leader, serving as General Manager of Orbico in Kosovo, one of the country’s leading consumer goods distribution companies. With strong experience in market operations, brand distribution, and commercial partnerships, he brings practical insight into the challenges and opportunities shaping Kosovo’s trade environment, including import procedures, supply chain efficiency, and regulatory predictability. Through his leadership role in the private sector, he has also contributed actively to public-private dialogue on trade facilitation and business competitiveness. He currently serves as Chairman of the Trade Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce in Kosovo, where he supports efforts to advance trade policy, customs efficiency, and a more enabling environment for business growth and investment.
